    Euro Erotica update
We've added four more titles to our Nunerotica section, but more importantly, we've added a new sponsor, BuyEuroPorn.com.

Thanks to them, we now offer more than a dozen more titles for purchase in our Nunerotica section. This means we now offer about fifty percent of the titles catalogued on the site for sale. One of the most frequent questions we get in e-mail is "Where can I buy this movie?" Sadly, we are often forced to tell our visitors that the movie is long out of print or too difficult to track down. All of that is changing as more and more movies are becoming available.

    Justine gets U.K. release
Salvation Films has announced plans for a DVD version of Marquis de Sade's Justine (AKA: Cruel Passion) in the U.K. The film had previously been available on VHS only.

Starring Koo Stark (Star Wars), the movie is about two sisters, both nuns. One lives a life of virtue and knows nothing but suffering, the other lives a life of hedonism and knows nothing but pleasure and success.

Salvation Films also announced their ambitious venture into Satellite Television. If you have access to Sky, check channel 695 from 11.30pm and 4.30am beginning some time this month.

Salvation has the rights to the Jess Franco movies and plans on airing them, including his nunsploitation film Les Demons, which is slated for a U.S. and U.K. release next year.

    Erotic movie update!
We've got a tremendous update today!

We'd like to welcome our new sponsor Lust und Liebe. It is through them, that we are now able to offer our visitors many of the highly sought-after European nun titles in our database. We have added nine new titles to our Nunerotica section, and we now offer several more titles in the database for sale. Many, many of our visitors have e-mailed us asking where they can get these movies. We're very happy to now offer them directly through our new sponsor.

On that note, our thanks go out to eagle-eyed visitor Mark Z. who tipped us off to another great title: Belladonna's My Ass is Haunted. Check out Mark's review of this blasphemous film as a six-month pregnant Belladonna attempts to get her ass exorcised.

    Slim & Nun reviewed
We'd like to extend our thanks to Cernovog for contributing his review of Penthouse Comix's Slim & Nun.

With the addition of this review, we figure this is as good a time as any to launch our new Naughty Nun Westerns subsection featuring the tough-nun mini genre inspired by Clint Eastwood's Two Mules for Sister Sarah.

Cameron Diaz endorsed for nunhood ...sort of
She was a princess. Then, she was an angel. Next, will she be a nun?

At the launch of the Sound of Music: 40th Anniversary DVD, actress Julie Andrews, who played the novice nun Sister Maria in the musical, endorsed Charlie Angels' Cameron Diaz to take up the role if a remake is ever created.

Diaz worked together with Andrews in Shrek 2 and the two will reunite for Shrek 3.

While it's nowhere near nunsploitation fare, it's only fair to mention that Sound of Music features one of the very rare pairings of nuns and nazis in film! There's got a to be a fetish for that!

X-Rated Cult DVD calls it quits
Germany-based DVD distributor X-Rated Kult DVD announced that they are getting out of the DVD distro business.

The group has been a praised in these circles for releasing a number of cult favorites under their X-Rated Nunsploitation Series of DVDs.

We strongly urge fans to head over to HK Flix and grab these titles while they're still available. Many films have never been available on DVD and, with the exception of Jess Franco's Les Demons, we have heard of no plans of any other companies giving these movies the DVD treatment.

    New movie update

We apologize for leaving our readers in a news void. You may have noticed there were no updates for August or September. Our office suffered some water damage and we were offline while it was being remodeled.

The sad part is, there were a ton of great movie releases for those months. We've gone ahead and updated the relevenat entries for you.

We finally have an official DVD release for The Halfway House. After all the waiting and the hype, it's very exciting to see this movie released. You can buy your copy today through our sponsor DVD Empire.

We also saw the much anticipated release of Norifumi Suzuki's School of the Holy Beast -- a beautifully filmed, hard-hitting movie. It's simply a must-have for any nunsploitation fan, also available through DVD Empire.

In news, we're happy to announce the addition of Two Front Teeth to our Upcoming Movies database. This clever horror/comedy features a trio of remarkably sexy ninja nuns, The Silent Knights. Look for it this Christmas.

We're also looking forward to Noshame's DVD treatment for Dark Waters. This movie is scheduled for 2006.

    New stories!
We're pleased to announce an update to one of the most popular sections of the site: our Convent Library.

We've added five new tales of misbehaving Catholic schoolgirls, disciplinarian priests, and wayward nuns: Amy and Joanne, the story of two schoolgirls who run afoul of their lustful principal, Sister Rachel, a special contribution from Internet author Norm de Plume -- The Chosen which beautifully describes a secret ceremony in which young novices discover the true meaning of becoming a "bride of Christ". In the story, The Chosen One Sister Mary Kate must indoctrinate a new nun into her nightly chore of satisfying Father Paul. Another naughty schoolgirl has a run in with Father Lewis, a man known for harsh spankings in Saint Mary's. Finally, when Sister Marie threatens to call Linda's parents about her bad behavior, the naughty schoolgirl makes the mistake of promsing to do "anything" to avoid punishment in The Sister.

Head over to the Convent Library and check them out! As always, feel free to e-mail your stories to us or submit them to our Dark Abbey for review.

    Three new movies!
Brief site update for today, we've added three movies to our nunsploitation movie database.

The first is a recommendation from maxinquisitor posted on our forum: The Dark Abbey. Max tipped us to Muertes a Medianoche, a film about a possessed nun who sneaks out of the convent at night to seduce and kill men! How cool is that?!

We've also added Sacred Hearts co-starring Harry Potter's Fiona Shaw and The Silencer featuring the sexy Lynette Walden as a hired killer who dresses as a nun!

    Senator details revealed
Koch Entertainment has supplied us with the new DVD cover art and specs for the Dagored Films release of The Senator Likes Women.

According to Koch, the DVD will be in Italian with English subtitles, playable in all regions (Region 0) and on all systems (PAL, Secam, NTSC) (although this doesn't make much sense to us. Unless they're releasing a 3-disc set, there's no way a DVD can be PAL, Secam and NTSC. Maybe they mean they will be releasing DVDs in the appropriate format for each market.)

Screen Format: 16:9. Extras include photos and trailers of upcoming Dagored films.

    Nunsploitation on Crossing Jordan

    Madonna can't shake old habit
Ok, we're a little late on this one, but hey, nobody's perfect.
Madonna and hubby, director Guy Ritchie stirred up controversy by wearing religious-themed costumes to a celebration of the Jewish holiday of Purim.

Irish Catholic-born Madonna showed up donned in a full nun's habit citing her childhood desire to join the cloister as her inspiration for the outfit.

Frankly, we don't see where the controversy is. The costume was quite tasteful and authentic. It's not like she were wearing a leather mini-skirt and nun's habit. Actually, we're thoroughly disapointed!

Early estimates put the DVD at a May release date. Keep in mind, this is just an early guess and Mondo has not made a firm commitment to that timeframe.
