This is by far the most explicit nunsploitation movie ever made. The nuns are ridiculously gorgeous and the film is essentially a pageant of wall-to-wall nudity.

When her husband dies, Countess Isabella di Lagnano (Paola Senatore) is forced by her father to join the convent of Santa Floria. Unlike most nunsploitation films, this is a good convent. The mother superior is sincere in her devotion to God's work and tries her best safeguard the well being of her charges.

However, the Countess is still little more than a prisoner and, from the moment she arrives, she makes it clear she has no desire to be there. When issued her habit and veil, she makes a shocking first appearance to the Mother Superior by wearing the garment with her breasts fully exposed.

The Countess' presence is like a lightning rod for corruption. The nuns begin to act up and repressed lust and lesbianism tear through the convent like a wildfire. It doesn't help that the convent was built over ancient pagan burial grounds....

In the typical nunsploitation fashion, a handsome stranger arrives at the convent, wounded and near death. The Mother Superior assigns the oldest nun to care for him since she is the least likely to give into temptation, but even the saintly Mother Superior sneaks a peak into his drawers, much to her shock (or delight).

The Countess sees the stranger as an opportunity for her to escape. She pits the nuns against each other, blackmailing lesbian lovers into helping her get messages to the stranger.

As you can guess, the only man in the convent is like a rooster in a hen house. He is so bold as to force himself on the Mother Superior.

There is no shortage of steamy lesbian couplings in the film, with gorgeous, lithe bodies grinding against each other, perfectly naked from the neck down, but conveniently veiled from the neck up so you never forget these are nuns going down on each other.

With so much sex and nudity, it's hard to believe that D'Amato will find a way to make the movie more explicit or more shocking, but he does.

One of the most graphic rape scenes I have ever watched is just absolutely shocking. Even though I knew to expect it, I was still taken by surprise.

One of the nuns is sent to town. On her way, she is attacked by two passers-by.

I've seen D'Amato movies before and I know he likes to straddle the line between hardcore and softcore erotica, but it was still surprising to see this wholly explicit scene with penetration shots and forced oral sex in full view.

It's no surprise that most mainstream vendors have taken a pass on putting this movie on the shelves. Nevertheless, a copy is readily available from our sponsor, HK Flix.

In the end, a priest tries to exorcise the convent, disgusted by what he has seen. He even accuses the Mother Superior of losing her objectivity ... and her virginity.

However, it' too late. The presence of another man in this den of lust only proves to worsen the situation. Try as he might, the nunnery has degenerated into a cloistered red light district with nuns in various states of undress posing in the hallways, showcasing their perfect bodies.

This is definitely the most exploitative nunsploitation film I've ever seen. If you claim to be a nunsploitation fan, then this is definitely THE film to watch. It is your duty to watch this movie before you die.
