Martine Fresienne (Brochard, who also starred in The Nuns of St. Archangelo and Story of a Cloistered Nun), imprisoned on a drug charge, finds her self in a women's penitentiary run by a cadre of authoritarian nuns.
The nuns themselves are prisoners of a sort under the strict supervision of a stern, elderly Mother Superior (Quasimodo, who was also in The Nuns of St. Archangelo).
The film includes all the sleazy staples of the genre including the humiliating vaginal inspection, shower scenes, and obligatory prison riot.
