Sister Lucia's Dishonor is the first of two nunsploitation movies from Japanese director Koyu Ohara. Many of the themes explored in this first film would later be expanded upon in the superior Wet Rope Confession.
Yuki Nohira would return to star in that film in a much different role, although the perverse convent and its cast of debauched characters would remain strikingly similar.

The prevailing theme of Sister Lucia's Dishonor seems to be rape. As nuns are raped, they become the mindless sex slaves of two escaped convicts.
