Director Koyu Ohara's first venture into the nunsploitation genre is a nonstop whirlwind of sex, nudity and perversion. The overarching story is just a flimsy excuse to showcase the most perverse convent in the world.

Rumiko (Yuki Nohira from Wet Rope Confession) is a bad girl. She seduces her tutor and stabs one of her father's hired goons. If she were anyone else, this would have earned her a prison sentence, but her wealthy father manages to bribe her into a convent instead. However, all is not what it seems... (and if it were, this would be one disappointing movie).

The nuns are perverts! Lesbian nuns throw themselves at each other. The Mother Superior shacks up weekly with the local priest. She rewards loyal nuns with the chance to join in the fun.

As bad as Rumiko is (now called Sister Lucia), she can't seem to fit in. When she tries to squeal on the Mother Superior's weekly visitations and fails, she gets sent to a room in the basement for punishment.

As luck would have it, two convicts manage to escape from prison and sneak into the convent for shelter. There, they find Sister Lucia alone in the basement, bound and helpless. The two thugs have their way with her, forcing her to take both of them at once.

Sister Lucia isn't the least bit phased. "Feeling better?" she asks. "Now listen, and you just might learn something...." She tells the convicts that the nuns in this convent are practically gagging on their own desire for sex. All they have to do is fuck them and they'll become mindless sex slaves.

Rape seems to take on an almost magical quality in this film. It becomes an aphrodesiac that takes away a woman's resistance. It's like an addictive drug. Once raped, the nuns, one by one, fall under the convicts' spell.

The first victim is Sister Gloria, who tries to sneak food to Sister Lucia. The convicts grab her, wrap her habit about her head and rape her into submission. Although the naughty bits are censored, as it customary in Japanese films, Ohara does a convincing job simulating the forced blow job. The convict grabs Sister Gloria's head and forces her into his crotch. She gags and gasps and you can believe that she's taking the full length of his engorged member down her throat.

Next is Sister Hannah. One of the convicts, dressed in drag as a nun, catches her in the bath and rapes her violently. The nuns remain in the basement, bringing their new masters food and submitting to their carnal desires.

Sister Frida sends poor Sister Maria to look for the missing nuns. It's like sending the fly into the spider's web. "Give her the treatment," Sister Lucia commands, munching metaphorically on an apple. Sweet, innocent Sister Maria resists vehemently, unlike sisters Gloria and Hannah who succumb after only a few moments. The convict has a hell of a time holding her down and spreading her legs so he can gain access to her virginity.

Sister Frida comes looking and she discovers the nuns making out with the convicts. Sister Lucia smiles as she bites into her apple. Sister Maria is naked and shamefully covers the evidence of the loss of her virginity. Sister Frida cries for her, but not for long! It's her turn for "the treatment"!

As the nuns are raped, they become the slaves of the convicts, even the stern Sister Frida who showed Sister Lucia no mercy throughout her stay. When one of the convicts laments that he has no guitar, it's Sister Maria who was most violently raped who takes it upon herself to acquire one for him.

Soon, the Mother Superior discovers them, but it's too late! Sister Lucia has too many nuns under her spell! They tie the Mother Superior to a cross and strip her. Lucia fondles her and then sics her boys after her. Unfortunately, the Mother Superior had time to call the cops and she is saved by the calvary.

Sins of Sister Lucia is definitely a jaunt into the realm of fantasy where women suffer unless they can get regular access to a man to satisfy the cravings between their legs. Many of these same themes would be revisited in Ohara's second, superior foray into nunsploitation Wet Rope Confession, also starring Yuki Nohira in a much different role.
